Abrasives
Glass microspheres
Its hardness and spherical form can remove impurities and oxidation without damaging surfaces. The glass does not react chemically with other substances so that the microspheres do not create rust on the treated surfaces. Also used for specific finishes. Available in several particle sizes. Available on request grit angular glass (subject to minimum quantities and standard dimensions).
White corundum
White fused aluminum oxide, also called white corundum. Abrasive with an average purity of 99.81%, the highest quality for the most demanding applications. Dimensions available: Table FEPA F, others upon request, including micro grains.
Brown corundum
Brown fused aluminum oxide, also called corundum. Abrasive with an average purity of 95.2%, the highest quality. The non-ferrous abrasive contains about 2.90% of titanium oxide having a high hardness and is extremely resistant to extreme applications. Dimensions available: Table FEPA F, others on request.
Rec M corundum
Product composed of more than 80% of white aluminum oxide brown and pink. Abrasive recycled raw material undergoes demagnetization processes, suction and filtration which ensures a quality product and economical. Dimensions available: Table FEPA F, others on request.
Ceramic balls
Made from a molten ceramic material based on zirconium ceramic beads have a density micro glass beads achieving a higher efficiency of treatment. Their lower density compared with steel grit allows to save energy and protect the workpieces. Available in various particle sizes.
Steel Grit
The round steel shot (GAR) is constructed of high carbon steel with a long working life. Available in sizes "S" to consult. The angular steel grit (GAA), available in three hardnesses, has very good cleaning properties and excellent surface finish. Available in sizes "G" to consult.
Steel cut wire shot
The grit "cut wire" is manufactured using high quality steel. Product with long life and high strength. Available in the dimensions refer to CW.
Iron grit
Abrasive made from cast iron with excellent cleaning properties and able to work the hardest surfaces. Available in the dimensions "G" and "S" to refer.
